Remote National Account Sales Manager
Grainger Canada
Lead national account growth remotely with Grainger through contract negotiation, strategic sales planning, and multi-site MRO customer development. Travel approximately 50% or more.
As National Account Manager, you will retain and penetrate accounts with $500K-$19 million MRO potential. Build headquarters and site relationships while advancing contract compliance, expansion, and Grainger’s primary-provider position. The work includes profitable agreements, customer programs, field sales coaching, and change management across Alberta, British Columbia, or Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve profitable growth with existing National Accounts
- Develop and negotiate new MRO provider agreements
- Implement customer programs and key performance measurements
- Coach Field Sales Team members on account plans
- Lead customer-organization change management methodology
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Three or more years of structured-value-proposition sales performance
- Ability to drive profitable growth and contract value
- Strength in logical analysis and win-win negotiation
- Ability to develop structured account strategies
