In this full-time role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, provide expert guidance on benefits plans, and collaborate with internal teams and insurers. Your strong knowledge of the group benefits industry is crucial in optimizing client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform annual renewal analysis and negotiate with insurance carriers
- Conduct experience reporting and budget projections for benefits plans
- Contribute to designing and managing group medical and life benefits
- Conduct market analyses and provide strategic recommendations
- Assist with carrier implementations and review contracts for accuracy
- 3+ years in group benefits with Canadian experience
- Strong analytical skills in underwriting and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
