About the team

We are growing our Product Engineering & Development team and seeking an experienced Software Developer
at the Senior Consultant level. The ideal candidate has strong, progressive experience designing and delivering 
modern applications across one or more areas such as front-end, back-end, full stack, cloud-native, platform, or 
integration development, along with demonstrated proficiency in applying AI technologies and AI-assisted 
development tools. You will lead complex technical deliverables across the software development lifecycle, 
guide developers, collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and help shape secure, scalable, and 
maintainable solutions. You may also contribute to technical solutioning, estimates, demonstrations, and presales activities.

What will your typical day look like?

• Lead or contribute to the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support of 
  modern applications and cloud-based solutions for clients.
• Participate in client workshops and collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements 
  into practical solution designs.
• Deliver custom and extended package applications across one or more technical domains, including custom
  development, integration and middleware, Curam, DevOps and platform engineering, AI-enabled delivery, 
  or Azure cloud engineering.
• Contribute to application migration and modernization initiatives, including assessment, planning, design, 
  and execution.
• Apply software engineering best practices to produce secure, scalable, testable, and maintainable solutions.
  Use AI-assisted development tools and AI or agentic capabilities to improve design, development, testing, 
  troubleshooting, and delivery activities.
• Contribute to technical solutioning, estimates, demonstrations, proposals, and other pre-sales activities appropriate to the role level.
• Research emerging application development, AI, agentic, cloud, integration, and platform engineering 
  trends to support client engagements.
• Prepare and present client deliverables, including solution designs, presentations, reports, demonstrations, 
  and technical documentation

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience designing and developing production software applications using modern
• programming languages, frameworks, architectural patterns, and development tools.
• Experience designing solutions across multiple application layers, such as user interfaces, services, APIs, 
  data, cloud platforms, security, or enterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated proficiency applying AI concepts and tools, including AI-assisted development and the 
  integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Experience making technical design decisions across application, API, data, security, testing, integration, 
  and deployment layers.
• Experience with databases, source control using Git, automated testing, secure coding practices, and 
  production troubleshooting.
• Experience leading complex deliverables across the Software Development Life Cycle within agile delivery 
  environments.
• Ability to review code, guide less-experienced developers, manage technical risks, and drive issues through 
  resolution.
• Experience communicating technical recommendations, trade-offs, estimates, and delivery status to client 
  stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.

 

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
• Experience designing microservices and applying API security, authentication, authorization, resiliency, and 
  observability practices.
• Experience with database technologies, data modelling, performance optimization, and enterprise 
  integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, 
  and deployment automation.
• Experience applying prompt engineering, generative AI, machine learning concepts, and responsible AI 
  practices in delivery contexts.
• Experience leading technical design sessions, code reviews, estimation, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and
  solutioning or pre-sales activities.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
