Law Clerk & WSIB Claims Specialist

Join Quantum as a Law Clerk and WSIB Claims Specialist in Toronto. You’ll provide vital support to legal teams and manage workers' compensation claims in a collaborative environment. This full-time, permanent role is perfect for individuals with at least three years of administrative experience. You’ll assist with client matters, prepare documentation for WSIB claims, and support daily operations. Your expertise will contribute to effective claims management and advocacy while collaborating with legal professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to legal and consulting teams
- Review and finalize correspondence and documentation
- Communicate with WSIB and clients to gather information
- Assist in WSIB claims administration and documentation
- Support educational sessions and training program execution
- Undergraduate degree required
- Law Clerk designation or Paralegal license preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
