- Sustain revenue growth through strategic business development
- Lead execution of complex architectural design projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor architects and engineers within the team
- Advance firm-wide project initiatives and strategies
- 15+ years of sports-oriented architectural experience
- Architect registration with a Bachelor's in Architecture
- Proven success with complex projects using Revit or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and LEED certifications
- Strong client relationship management experience
