Summary

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns for Crave – French-speaking market. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the incumbent works closely with the creative, media, and production teams to carry out innovative and high-performing projects that resonate with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multiplatform advertising and marketing campaign projects, from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Lead, coordinate, and deploy special projects and brand marketing activation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the delivery and success of campaigns.
• Track timelines, budgets, and necessary approvals at each stage of the projects.
• Coordinate relationships with internal partners, external suppliers, and sponsors to maximize the reach of activations.
• Analyze the results of campaigns and brand activations to produce performance reports and recommendations for future projects.

Critical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing project management, ideally in the media sector or an agency.
• Demonstrated experience in event management, special projects, and brand activation.
• In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
• Strong ability to manage priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.
• Solid general knowledge of the Quebec artistic, cultural, and television landscape.
• Team spirit, creativity, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills.
• A strong interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of Monday.com is an asset.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
