Key Responsibilities

• Support Content Directors in the oversight and management of productions and projects.
• Provide administrative support to the Content team.
• Oversee selected returning productions broadcast on Bell Media channels. Support producers throughout all stages of these projects. Assess the quality of content delivered against the established vision, mandate, and audience needs, and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Coordinate with various internal departments connected to the portfolio. Work closely with Television, Radio and Digital Content teams, Sales, Communications, Marketing, Technical Operations, and Research to maximize project impact, discoverability, and revenue opportunities.
• Track incoming content proposals and keep internal and external stakeholders informed of their progress and status.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative and innovative content concepts in collaboration with Content team members and other stakeholders.
• Establish priorities and ensure effective project management across assigned initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Critical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in television, specifically in content production and/or programming.
• Strong knowledge of the Quebec television industry and digital content trends.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with production teams and effectively balance interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong listening skills and openness to diverse perspectives. Communicates with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism, and fosters constructive dialogue.
• Relevant experience in project and team management.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, accountability, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and strategic vision in content development.
• Ability to adapt to change and support teams through periods of transformation.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
