- Analyze and validate clinical datasets from multiple sources
- Design and maintain workflows adhering to HL7 and FHIR standards
- Create reports and dashboards for effective communication
- Identify and resolve data quality issues promptly
- Support clinical research studies with accurate data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Strong understanding of HL7 and FHIR standards
- At least 3–5 years of clinical data analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
