Location:  Remote in Canada
Structure : Contract 12 months to start + up to 24 months extension
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 p/h inc.

Deliverables

• Assess and document information and records management requirements , including electronic records retention, disposition, classification, lifecycle management, and governance controls.
• Develop and maintain data maps, data dictionaries, metadata crosswalks, semantic models, and data integration requirements , including mapping between Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise data sources.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements , analyze information management processes, and collaborate with development teams to design, test, validate, and implement technology solutions.
• Support data governance, data quality, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled information management , including AI governance controls, knowledge transfer, training, and operational handover.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of recent Information and Records Management experience , with a strong focus on electronic records management and records lifecycle practices.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing data maps, data dictionaries, metadata crosswalks, and semantic models .
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience , including requirements gathering/documentation and working with development teams through design, testing, implementation, and validation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and enterprise Microsoft technologies , particularly involving data mapping, integration, governance, reporting, and information management.
• Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Studies, Information Management, Records Management, Archival Studies, or a related information management discipline ; candidate must also be based in Canada and eligible for Reliability Status .
