Appficiency Executive Sales Leader

Join Appficiency as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and accelerate our revenue growth. This leadership role focuses on managing complex deals in ERP, CRM, and cloud technologies.
You will lead and expand the global sales team while directly contributing to business strategy and execution. Your deep understanding of various technology ecosystems will enhance client acquisition and account management, ultimately helping to establish Appficiency as a key player in the professional services market. Engaging with senior executives at client organizations will also be a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own global sales operations and client engagement initiatives
• Define multi-technology sales strategies in alignment with company goals
• Personally lead high-stakes negotiations and contract closures
• Foster lasting relationships with key stakeholders and software partners
• Support cross-functional collaboration for sustained growth
Requirements:
• 12–15+ years of sales leadership experience
• Strong performance in managing deal closing processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP and cloud services required
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-level clients
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
