Faites avancer votre carrière de nutritionniste au GMF Laurier-Station, faisant partie du CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches. Offrez des conseils nutritionnels et assurez le bien-être des usagers à risque. Vous rechercherez l'état nutritionnel des usagers et déterminerez des stratégies d'intervention personnalisées. En étant un membre clé de l'équipe multidisciplinaire, vous interagirez à la fois avec les médecins et les usagers pour leur apporter l'assistance dont ils ont besoin. Ce poste est à durée déterminée jusqu'en juillet 2026. Key Responsibilities:

Intervenir auprès des usagers ayant des problèmes nutritionnels
Évaluer les besoins nutritionnels en tenant compte des habitudes alimentaires
Déterminer et suivre le plan d'intervention nutritionnelle
Animer des sessions de groupe sur la nutrition si nécessaire
Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire de santé

Requirements:

Baccalauréat en diététique ou nutrition requis
Membre de l’Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes
Capacité à travailler en équipe interprofessionnelle
Engager les usagers pour les aider à maintenir leur santé
Expertise en conseils nutritionnels
