- Expérience: 5 ans ou plus

- Compiler les commandes et les instructions reçues de la clientèle
- Organiser les tâches pour accomplir le travail
- Planifier et organiser la logistique opérationnelle de l'organisation
- Prendre des dispositions pour l'entretien et la réparation de l'équipement
- Tenir à jour des dossiers et des registres
- Répartir le personnel selon les horaires et les feuilles de travail
- Tenir les dossiers des conducteurs de véhicules à jour
- Traiter et transmettre des informations et des instructions pour coordonner les activités des conducteurs de véhicules et des équipes à l'aide d'un équipement de répartition
- Organiser et tenir un inventaire à jour
- Superviser le personnel
- Négocier des services et des taux préférentiels
- Établir et mettre en oeuvre des politiques et des normes sur le transport et l'entreposage des marchandises
- Expérience en supervision
- Veiller au respect des règlements du transport
- Surveiller les horaires et la répartition des véhicules et des marchandises
- Prendre des dispositions pour l'envoi de documentation et le mouvement des marchandises en transit et en retrouver la trace
- Noter l'information sur les cargaisons, les heures de service, les distances parcourues et la consommation d'essence
- Préparer des rapports pour la haute direction
- Prévoir les changements aux horaires et aux politiques
- Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes
- Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes
