CRM Coordinator

Location : CHANEL Toronto Office

Reports to: CRM Manager- Fashion

Contract: Fixed-Term (5-month contract), full-time

Your role @ Chanel:

As a CRM Coordinator , you will support initiatives that enhance client engagement and brand loyalty for CHANEL Canada . Working closely with the CRM Manager , you will contribute to the execution of key programs, assist with data organization and communication efforts, and help ensure the seamless coordination of CRM activities. This role offers hands-on experience in client relationship management, providing valuable insight into strategies that strengthen client connections and elevate the brand experience in the Canadian market.

What impact you can create at CHANEL

• Support daily operations of the Fashion CRM Team. Duties include administrative support such as shipping, organization, and tracking of gifting, invoicing
• Organization of data & presentations, as well as support with follow up communication with boutique CRM champions on different tasks.
• Support and collaborate on event logistics (i.e., RSVP Tracking, and logistical coordination)
• Although comprehensive, the job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business and as requested by the CRM Manager/ Fashion Team, and/or CHANEL Head Office.
