Experienced Part-Time Nanny & Family Assistant - SW Calgary

We are a family of three who recently moved to SW Calgary, looking for an experienced and reliable part-time nanny/family assistant to care for our 2-year-old son and provide some support with our busy household. Our son is social, curious and independent. He attends preschool weekdays, with pick-up around 3:15–3:30pm. The role would include preschool pick-up and afternoon/early evening care, along with family-assistant support before pick-up such as meal preparation, laundry, groceries/errands, household organization and general tidying. We anticipate approximately 20–25 hours/week, primarily Monday–Friday, with opportunities for additional hours. We hope to establish a consistent core schedule with some flexibility around clinical shifts and occasional travel. Our schedules are generally known 3–4 months in advance, so variations can usually be planned well ahead. Additional hours may be available for occasional evenings, PD days and school holidays. We are looking for someone with strong toddler experience who is kind, dependable, communicative and comfortable taking initiative. A valid driver's licence and safe driving record are important; we have a vehicle available for use on the job if needed.
