Clinic Requirements
- Eligibility for independent practice in Alberta
- Willingness to complete the MCCQE1 exam (mandatory in urban Alberta)
- Certification in Family Medicine (e.g. MRCGP, CCFP, RACGP, MICGP, or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for holistic, team-based care
- Commitment to long-term continuity and patient-centred care
