What will your typical day look like?

 

Your role as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte will include, but not be limited to, the following:

 

• Lead the planning and execution of financial statement audits by applying Deloitte's audit innovations and methodology - you're not just overseeing numbers, you're understanding and challenging them.
• Act as the lead member of audit engagement teams, supporting high-quality delivery while coaching practitioners through meaningful client work - lead with purpose.
• Foster strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their businesses, industries, and the opportunities and challenges they face in an evolving environment - be a trusted advisor.
• Provide insights and solutions to clients on current business and financial conditions by applying critical thinking, professional judgment, and strong technical knowledge - turn complexity into clarity.
• Leverage innovative technologies and data-driven tools to identify risks, assess complex information, and uncover insights that matter to clients - transform information into impact.
• Develop high-performing people and teams by supporting practitioners in their technical and professional development - grow others as you grow yourself.

You are someone that:

 

• Has 4-7 years of relevant professional experience in Audit.
• Has successfully completed the CPA designation or equivalent.
• Demonstrates strong technical audit knowledge, critical thinking, analytical skills, and professional judgment to interpret insights, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and ask insightful questions.
• Possesses a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and innovation.
• Is interested in being a business advisor to clients by building strong relationships, understanding their business priorities, and bringing forward insights that create value beyond the audit.
• Demonstrates curiosity and an innovative mindset by embracing evolving methodologies to enhance audit quality, improve efficiency, and create greater value for clients.
• Demonstrates leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with the ability to support practitioners through meaningful learning opportunities.
• Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in an evolving environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $110,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
