Operational Excellence Leader at Johnson Controls

Drive operational excellence with Johnson Controls as an Operational Excellence Leader, focusing on innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing outcomes in our data center operations. This leadership role involves assessing current plant performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and coaching teams in best practices. You will play a crucial part in establishing a Continuous Improvement culture that balances internal efficiency with customer-focused results. Your expertise in operational leadership will be pivotal in guiding strategic initiatives and documenting successful methodologies for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement process improvement initiatives
- Use kaizen funnels to track and report project success
- Collaborate with teams to develop CI strategic plans
- Identify and tackle project barriers proactively
- Ensure adherence to safety performance standards
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years in Continuous Improvement
- 5 years as an operational frontline leader
- Basic statistical knowledge applicable to projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
