Data Governance Senior Consultant Remote

Elevate organizational data practices as a Senior Consultant in Data Intelligence & Governance with Alberta Precision Labs. This remote role focuses on enhancing data literacy and governance. Alberta Precision Labs is seeking a data professional with strong relationship-building and communication skills. In this Senior Consultant role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that aim to improve data quality and stewardship. Your efforts will support informed decision-making and establish learning experiences that enable confident data usage. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional data governance projects
- Advise on governance frameworks and stewardship models
- Design and evaluate data literacy learning tools
- Facilitate working groups and consensus-building discussions
- Manage project plans, risks, and deliverables
- Post-secondary degree in related field
- Minimum three years in data governance or similar role
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Familiarity with enterprise data catalogues
