Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 9:00am-1:00pm
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour.
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a residential condominium in Downtown Toronto. This role is essential to ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
- Perform floor care duties (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing).
- Garbage and recycling removal.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers and vacuums.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous heavy-duty cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training can be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
