You will also represent the voice of the customer within the organization to drive improvements.
Utilize your expertise in technology and customer relations to enhance the Company’s solutions for Mid Market clients.

Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a presales technical role
- Ability to communicate effectively in French and English
- History of excellent customer relations
- Willingness to invest in personal and qualified growth
- Travel flexibility within your region, approximately 30%
