  • Design and implement secure integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Develop and document solution architectures, HLDs, LLDs, and integration/security design patterns.
  • Guide development teams on Ping AM implementation standards, best practices, and coding approaches.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor in client discussions, architecture reviews, and solution presentations.
  • Support pre‑sales activities including solution estimation, proposal creation, and RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (application, security, infrastructure, DevOps) to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
  • Ensure non‑functional requirements such as performance, availability, scalability, and security are met.
  • Provide technical leadership during production issues, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization efforts.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IAM, CIAM, or cybersecurity architecture roles.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Ping Access Management and the Ping Identity suite.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IAM/CIAM architectures and identity lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience with federated identity protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with web, mobile, and API‑based applications.
  • Solid knowledge of Java‑based ecosystems and enterprise security design patterns.
  • Experience working in distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery models and leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ping certifications are a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly salary for this position is between $128,500 and $151,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
