Make an impact with our Digital team as a Client Services Director. The successful candidate will drive business growth across a portfolio of strategic client accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, create value through strategic relationships, and connect clients with MNP's Digital and Advisory capabilities to solve business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. You will help organizations navigate change by aligning people, processes, and technology as well as leverage Digital's capabilities in Digital Advisory, Microsoft technologies, Data & AI, Cyber Security, Collaboration, Managed Services, Procurement, and business transformation, while collaborating with experts across MNP to bring the right solutions to clients.

This is a highly entrepreneurial, results-driven role focused on business development, client value creation, and revenue growth. Success comes from understanding client priorities, uncovering opportunities, and bringing together the right expertise from across MNP to help clients achieve their goals.

What You Will Do:

Drive Business Growth

• Own business development and growth objectives for an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close opportunities across Digital and the broader firm.
• Develop and execute account plans that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and client value.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasts through disciplined CRM practices.

Create Client Value Through Trusted Relationships

• Develop executive-level relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Understand clients' business priorities, challenges, and growth objectives.
• Bring insights, innovative ideas, and emerging technologies that create value and support strategic goals.
• Position MNP as a long-term partner in growth and transformation.

Champion a One MNP Approach

• Collaborate with Partners, relationship leaders, and subject matter experts to develop integrated client strategies.
• Align account plans and go-to-market activities across service lines.
• Connect clients with the right expertise across Digital and the broader firm.
• Foster collaboration that strengthens client relationships and maximizes value.

Strengthen Market Presence

• Build and maintain a strong network of business and industry relationships.
• Share relevant market insights, thought leadership, and emerging technology trends.
• Represent Digital and the broader MNP brand in the marketplace.

What You Bring:

• Proven success in business development, account growth, technology sales, or consulting services.
• Experience selling Digital Advisory, business technology platforms, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, collaboration, managed services, or business transformation services.
• Strong understanding of business and technology transformation and the ability to align solutions to client outcomes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and emerging digital trends.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, accountability, and a passion for growth.
