What You'll Be Doing

As a People Leader, you will ensure machinist goals for the day are well understood and adhered to; lead the team through clear instruction, guidance, and support; ensure effective training programs are in place; and manage employee feedback constructively.

• Drive achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support initiatives to improve performance.

• Complete ZW packaging line setup, assembly, and disassembly by the end of each Production Week.

• Set up Brown Bag stations and ensure ingredients are properly organized and readily available.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate the execution of production plans to meet operational requirements.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company SOPs and policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Participate in incident investigations and support the development and implementation of corrective actions.

• Verify corrective actions are effectively implemented, completed on time, and sustained.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ year of experience operating automated equipment or systems.

• 1 year of Team Lead experience

• Good knowledge of food allergens and allergen control practices.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting strict deadlines.

• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment between 0°C and 4°C.

• Ability to stand and remain active for 8–10 hour shifts.

• Ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 35 lbs.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching above and below shoulder level, and repetitive hand movements.

• Work schedule of Thursday to Monday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
