Community-Focused Branch Manager
HUB International
Lead a dynamic team as a Branch Manager with HUB International. Shape client experiences while driving business growth through strategic leadership and community engagement. HUB International seeks a passionate Branch Manager to inspire and guide a local team. - Drive new business growth through strategic planning
- Inspire your team to ensure excellent client experiences
- Cultivate a network within business and industry communities
- Enhance employee engagement through talent management
- Manage daily operations, including profit & loss oversight
- Minimum 5 years in insurance brokerage experience
- At least 3 years managing a department or branch
- Level 2 license required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities effectively
