- Drive outstanding guest services in-store
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operations
- Train and develop team members continually
- Manage store expenses and shrink effectively
- Maintain compliance with all merchandising standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Required background in retail or management
- Must be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina for extended periods of work
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
