- Maintain infrastructure availability and capacity planning

- Manage supplier relationships and support contracts
- Lead IT Disaster Recovery testing and enhancements
- Proficient in Cisco networking and Check Point Firewalls
- Understanding of compliance and security standards
- Experience managing third-party vendors
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on customer service
