Senior Cobol Developer With Expertise Quebec (Quebec City) (Winnipeg)

Responsibilities
- Create and modify COBOL applications and reports
- Design methods for small computer systems and larger subsystems
- Analyze client requirements and recommend solutions
- Test and implement complex mainframe applications
- Document technical specifications and design solutions
- Develop with COBOL, prepare technical documents, and support system integrations through APIs and web services
- Collaborate effectively to gather and document user requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years as Programmer/Analyst in COBOL
- Five years maintaining mission‑critical mainframe applications
- Experience implementing system integrations
- Knowledge of IBM COBOL, PL/I, and JCL
- Proficiency in documenting and translating requirements
