As the Financial Controller, you will drive all facets of finance for the casino while providing leadership to the Staff Accountant. Key responsibilities include managing full‑cycle accounting, supporting budget development, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting including revenue and cash controls
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
Review reconciliations, working papers, and financial statements
Develop annual operating budget and conduct variance analysis
Negotiate supplier contracts and oversee purchasing activities
Requirements CPA designation required
5–7 years accounting experience, 2+ years in a lead role
Robust internal control and tax compliance understanding
Advanced Excel skills required
