Mechanical Sales Division Leader

Join E.H. Price Solutions as a Mechanical Sales Division Leader. This pivotal role is focused on overseeing sales growth and leading a dedicated team within the HVAC industry.
In the position of Divisional Manager – Mechanical at E.H. Price Solutions, you will spearhead growth initiatives across Ontario's mechanical sector. Your leadership will support a results-driven team, tasked with maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales objectives. You will be responsible for guiding the team in strategic planning, performance management, and vendor relationships to optimize profitability and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategies for expanding mechanical sales across Ontario
• Monitor sales performance and manage key accounts
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
• Analyze pricing strategies for profitability
• Engage with vendors for product development and training
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical HVAC sales
• Successful sales management experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Odoo
Your leadership will be essential in fostering sales growth and team effectiveness within the mechanical division at E.H. Price Solutions.
