Your responsibilities will include developing accurate quotes, collaborating with service teams, and tracking financial health across all jobs. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives on building relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quoting and communication throughout the repair lifecycle
- Develop accurate repair estimates based on customer data
- Create breakdown structures for job planning and execution
- Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to ensure scope alignment
- Assess warranty claims and financial KPIs for service jobs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service or repairs
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Mechanical aptitude related to Caterpillar equipment
- Project management skills or certifications are advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
