Nanny / Ultimate Mom Helper We are looking for a warm, reliable, joyful, and organized nanny / mother’s helper to become an important part of our family’s daily rhythm. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys children, can create a calm and playful environment, and is also comfortable helping keep a household running smoothly. Schedule Approx. 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM Some flexibility and downtime during school/daycare hours for personal errands or breaks Occasional overtime may be required to accommodate mom’s working hours and family schedule Alternatively I can hire 2 part-timers

1. Morning session: 7:30 am to 10:30 am
2. Afternoon/ Evening session: 3:30 pm 8:30 pm

Employment Type Full-time position, Rate commensurate with experience and certified qualifications. Legal payroll employment with T4 issued Responsibilities Morning Routine Help prepare children’s breakfast Assist children in getting ready for school/daycare School/daycare drop-offs Maintain a calm, structured, screen-free environment Household Support During School Hours While children are at school/daycare, responsibilities may include: Tidying children’s areas Breakfast dishes / kitchen reset Making beds Starting and folding laundry Light housekeeping Meal prep / dinner preparation Receiving prepared meals and warming them when needed General household organization support Afternoon / Evening Routine Pick up children from school/daycare Prepare snacks Engage in play, activities, and interaction (no screens) Help guide routines with warmth and consistency Finish or warm dinner Set the table and assist with evening flow Occasional Family Support Assist with children’s birthday parties and family events Help coordinate or support special occasions Light event setup/cleanup related to children’s activities when needed Qualities We’re Looking For Joyful, warm, nurturing personality Playful and engaging with children Able to be firm, calm, and structured when needed Organized and proactive Trustworthy and dependable Comfortable with a screen-free parenting approach Strong communication skills Able to anticipate household needs and take initiative Ideally candidate has a car as children need to be shuttled to and from activities.
