ABOUT US

We’re a busy, warm Oakville family with two kids (ages 2 & 3 in daycare) and a baby due in June. Our current nanny who we have had for 3.5 years is moving. We are looking for someone who wants to be with us long term to grow with the kids. We need a genuine household anchor — calm, reliable, and flexible when life gets unpredictable. We always give as much notice as we can and never take flexibility for granted. —

SCHEDULE

• Mon–Fri, 7:30am–5:30pm
• Variable evenings as needed with overtime paid.
• Occasional overnights & weekends (not weekly — please only apply if this works for you)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Morning routine & daycare drop-off
• Light housekeeping, kitchen tidy & family laundry
• Daily dog walk & errands
• Daycare pickup & structured afternoon/extracurriculars with the kids
• Simple healthy family dinner each evening
• Newborn support from June onwards - duties will be modified as situation changes

MUST HAVES

• Valid Ontario driver’s licence & background check
• CPR / First Aid certified
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Experience with multiple young children
• Newborn experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with occasional overnights & weekends
• Non-smoker | Comfortable with dogs
