Location: Oakville, Ontario Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In Hours: Split shift focusing on morning and evening care, Monday to Friday (with schedule flexibility available) Start Date: January 1, 2027 Compensation: $20.00 per hour (plus room and board provided) About Our Family We are a loving family of four based in Oakville, looking for a dedicated, warm, and experienced live-in nanny to join our household. Our primary focus is ensuring our 1-year-old infant and 3-year-old toddler are safe, happy, and nurtured. Mom will be home for many of the working hours to collaborate and assist with daily routines. We view our nanny as a valued extension of our family and want to create a supportive, stable, and team-oriented environment where everyone thrives. Key Responsibilities Split-Shift Childcare: Partner with mom to provide high-quality, attentive care for our infant and toddler during the busy morning and evening routines. Meal Preparation: Assist with preparing healthy breakfasts and dinners for the family, as well as snacks for the children. Light Housekeeping: Help keep the main living areas tidy and organized, and assist with kitchen cleanup to ensure the household runs smoothly. What We Are Looking For Experience: Proven experience caring for infants and toddlers. Safety First: Current CPR and First Aid certification is required. Attributes: Someone who is reliable, nurturing, proactive, and comfortable working alongside a parent in a collaborative environment.
