QUI SOMMES-NOUS ?

La Fédération franco-ténoise (FFT) agit comme porte-parole de la communauté franco-ténoise. En tant qu’actrice structurante, elle rassemble et concerte les forces vives de la francophonie ténoise et contribue au développement, au rayonnement et à la pérennité du fait français aux Territoires du Nord-Ouest (TNO). Elle a pour mandat de :

• Représenter, défendre, protéger et promouvoir les droits et les intérêts des résidentes et des organisations francophones des TNO.

• Agir comme porte-parole et interlocutrice principale de la francophonie ténoise.

• Mener, coordonner et appuyer une concertation structurante et qui renforce les capacités des membres communautaires et institutionnels.

• Appuyer le développement communautaire inclusif et contribuer à la vitalité du fait français aux TNO.

Le Réseau TNO Santé (RTS) est une initiative de la FFT qui a pour mission de favoriser l’accès à la santé en français en rassemblant, mobilisant et outillant les instances gouvernementales, les gestionnaires d’établissement de santé et de formation, les professionnels de la santé et la communauté. À l’échelle nationale, le Réseau TNO Santé est l’un des 16 réseaux santé en français provinciaux/territoriaux regroupés au sein de la Société Santé en français.

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

La Fédération franco-ténoise (FFT) recherche un·e coordinateur·trice de projets dynamique et motivé·e pour soutenir ses initiatives en matière de santé en français.

Sous la supervision de la direction du Réseau TNO Santé (RTS), la personne retenue sera responsable de la planification, de la mise en œuvre et de l’évaluation de projets visant à l’amélioration de l’accès aux services de santé en français aux Territoires du Nord-Ouest (TNO), en mettant un accent particulier sur les initiatives en petite enfance et en santé communautaire. La personne en poste est appelée à faire preuve d’autonomie et à avoir de très bonnes habiletés de planification et d’organisation. Elle doit pouvoir gérer une diversité de projets impliquant de multiples partenaires, dans un environnement en changement.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Coordination de projets

  • Assurer la planification, le suivi et l’évaluation des projets, notamment en petite enfance et en santé communautaire.
  • Produire des rapports d’activités et appuyer la direction dans la reddition de compte associée aux projets.
  • Offrir de l’appui aux partenaires impliqués dans les projets collaboratifs.
  • Organiser et animer des rencontres, des consultations, des activités communautaires liés aux projets.
  • Voyager pour des activités de représentation de l’organisme aux TNO et à l’extérieur.

Gestion des communications

  • Assurer la mise en œuvre, le suivi et la mise à jour du plan de communication du RTS.
  • Appuyer la direction dans la veille stratégique sur les enjeux en santé, en petite enfance et en francophonie en milieu minoritaire.
  • Créer du contenu et des visuels de promotion des réalisations du réseau, des activités et des projets.
  • Gérer les réseaux sociaux et l’infolettre, en assurant une présence active et engageante.
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

CONNAISSANCES, EXPÉRIENCES ET QUALITÉS DE TRAVAIL RECHERCHÉES

  • Diplôme universitaire (ou une expérience de travail équivalente) en sciences humaines, en sciences sociales ou de la santé, en communications, en gestion de projet, en développement communautaire ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience ou formation professionnelle en gestion de projets, idéalement dans les secteurs de la santé, de la petite enfance, du développement communautaire.
  • Expérience en communication (création de contenu, gestion de réseaux sociaux, développement d’outils de communication) et connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS Office, Canva et/ou Adobe Creative Suite (ou outils équivalents).
  • Expérience professionnelle, connaissance et compréhension de la francophonie canadienne en milieu minoritaire, en milieu nordique ou dans un organisme à but non lucratif, un atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit et une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
  • Sens de l’organisation, esprit d’initiative et leadership, avec une capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement en équipe.
  • Soucis du détail et rigueur dans la gestion des échéanciers, des livrables et des budgets.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à prioriser les taches en fonction des objectifs stratégiques.

CE QUE NOUS OFFRONS

  • Horaires : Temps plein de 35 h par semaine (5 jours par semaine). Contrat à durée indéterminée.
  • Salaire et avantages : entre 70 070$ et 72 800$ par année, montant auquel s’ajoute une prime d’éloignement (1 500 $), une cotisation à un RÉER ainsi que l’inscription à un régime d’assurance collective. La nouvelle recrue commence avec trois semaines de vacances par année, en plus de 2 semaines de fermeture pendant la période des fêtes de fin d’année. Nos avantages comprennent des occasions de perfectionnement professionnel.
  • Lieu de travail : Yellowknife, Territoires du Nord-Ouest. Possibilité de télétravail occasionnel.
  • Date d’entrée en fonction : Dès que possible
