SALES ADMINISTRATORDescribe how you organize your work and prioritize tasks when multiple requests require your attention at the same time
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for dealing with licensing all new, pre-owned, buy-in, and auction vehicles. Ensuring accuracy for all licensing and ownerships moving in and out of inventory.
- Entering vehicles into the garage register and keeping it up to date and accurate for auditing purposes
- Stocking in all trade-in/buy-in units in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working alongside the Finance & Insurance Office to ensure vehicles get licensed to the appropriate person.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the correct department/individual.
- Directing in-store clients to the correct department or individual.
- Responsible for dealership demos and D Plates- registration, insurance and updates.
- Assisting sales managers with new and pre-owned deal recaps.
- Entering recapped deal grosses and trades accurately into ORBIT.
- Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- Assisting with postage and Purloator for the sales department.
- Tasks assigned by the sales manager team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information while maintaining a great deal of professionalism.
- The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Computer skills (internet & MS Office), with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
