Job Description
Bullseye North is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at a busy retail and online firearms store. The ideal candidate holds a valid firearms licence, understands a wide range of firearms and accessories, and enjoys helping customers find the right products with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service in‐store and on the phone.
- Assist customers with product selection that is right for them.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors
- Support online order processing, inventory checks, and product inquiries
- Handle transactions accurately and follow all regulatory requirements
- Keep displays stocked, organized, and compliant with store policies
Requirements
- Valid Canadian firearms licence (PAL/RPAL)
- Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related gear
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly personality
- General computer skills; comfort with POS systems and online platforms
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced retail environment
- Available to work weekends
