Risk Compliance Management Consultant

Our client is sourcing for 2 RCM Consultants specifically for the Treasury function for 4-month contracts. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare process maps and SOPs for Treasury function Identify the lifecycle of SOX controls Identify gaps/weaknesses Provide solutions/mitigating risks REQUIREMENTS: CPA designation Solid understanding of Finance and Treasury functions and key processes Experience identifying or managing the lifecycle of SOX controls 2-3 years experience with RCM programs Model Risk Management – primarily the new Guideline E-23 Credit Risk Management – a combination of Capital Adequacy Requirements (CAR), Guideline B-20, IFRS 9/ECL expectations, and supervisory guidance for IRB banks.
