The Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with a strong command of React and Next.js to join us onsite . This is not a role for someone who wants to hide in the background. You will work directly with the founders and team to create production-ready software.
While this is a collaborative environment, we value autonomy. We are looking for a developer who is ready to take ownership of features, make architectural decisions, and execute with precision.

- Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
What You'll Do:
- Build: Create dynamic, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. You will also have the opportunity to build mobile apps using React Native (experience preferred, but not required).
- Collaborate: Work onsite with experienced developers to translate concepts into clean, production-ready UIs.
- Own: Manage individual project modules from start to finish, determining the best implementation approach.
- Optimize: Ensure applications are performant, accessible, and cross-device compatible.

- You are hungry to build: You want to work on cool projects (AI, Web3, SaaS) and you are willing to put in the focused effort required to ship high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven proficiency in React and Next.js .
- Version Control: Comfortable using GitHub (branching, merging, PRs).
- Design to Code: Experience turning Figma designs into robust code.
- Education: Post-secondary degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering OR equivalent advanced experience/portfolio.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to Uxbridge, ON.
