Director of Major Account Sales Japan

Lead Cloudflare’s sales strategy in Japan as the Director of Major Account Sales. Develop high-performing teams and drive enterprise growth while managing key account executives.
In this strategic role, you will oversee a team dedicated to Major Enterprise companies in Japan. Your leadership will focus on hiring top sales talent, managing contract negotiations, and steering sales processes to exceed revenue targets. Effective communication across departments is essential to advocate for your team's needs while fostering sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets for the team
• Attract and hire top sales talent in collaboration with Recruiting
• Oversee contract negotiations and manage salesforce reporting
• Coach and develop Strategic Account Executives and Account Executives
• Provide strategic direction and support for sales representatives
Requirements:
• Proven sales achievement as a representative
• Experience managing a quota-carrying sales team
• Direct experience with complex, large deal pipelines
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales processes for Large Enterprises
Drive sales excellence and team performance as Cloudflare continues to build a better Internet in Japan.
