Summary
As a Front Desk Manager for a brand hotel (Mariott Experience an asset), you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will help maintain our commitment to safety and cleanliness while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Lead and train front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols throughout the hotel.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an asset.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
