Canadawide Sports is the company behind HockeyShot , one of the world's leading hockey training brands. Trusted by NHL players, coaches, teams, and over one million players worldwide, HockeyShot develops innovative off-ice training products that help players improve their game.

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Brand Marketing Manager to help grow the HockeyShot brand through digital marketing, ecommerce, social media, and customer engagement.

About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive ecommerce sales, customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who enjoys learning, taking ownership, and growing their skills while making a measurable impact on one of hockey's leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok campaigns


• 
  Create and manage Klaviyo email campaigns and automated workflows


• 
  Manage HockeyShot's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube)


• 
  Coordinate influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing initiatives


• 
  Update Shopify content, merchandising, and landing pages


• 
  Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns


• 
  Create marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva


• 
  Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention

Qualifications

• 
  3–5 years of digital marketing experience


• 
  Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager


• 
  Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo


• 
  Experience managing social media accounts


• 
  Strong copywriting and communication skills


• 
  Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva


• 
  Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Nice to Have

• 
  TikTok Ads experience


• 
  Influencer marketing experience


• 
  SEO and GA4 knowledge


• 
  Photography or video editing skills


• 
  Passion for hockey or the sporting goods industry
