Join Moxies as a vital member of our Leadership Team, working closely with the General Manager. This important position involves leading your team in a hospitality-first approach while supporting recruitment and training efforts. You will also mentor Assistant Managers and actively manage daily operations, fostering a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and energize the restaurant team with hospitality focus
- Improve service and sales while maximizing profitability
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
- Mentor and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors
- Manage day-to-day operations and assist the GM
- 2+ years of leadership in full-service restaurants
- Proven ability to motivate and support others
- Strong communication skills, calm under pressure
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Experience in training and development preferred
