Position: Java Application Support Engineer - AWS Services
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)
Experience Required: 4-6 Key Res ponsibilities: Lead m id-tier application support for critical systems
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Java-based applications
Monitor and manage AWS-hosted environments
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams
Ensure SLA compliance and incident resolution
Drive continuous improvement in support processes Top 3 Required Skills:
Strong Java application support experience
Hands-on experience with AWS services
Production support and incident management Top 3 Preferred Skills:
Experience in banking/financial domain
Monitoring tools (Splunk| AppDynamics| etc.)
Strong communication and leadership skills
