Your New Role

As the Manager, Application Development, you will lead high-performing development teams responsible for enterprise platforms, integrations, and digital solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance people management with technical oversight and delivery accountability.

You will act as a key escalation point for solution design and architecture decisions, while partnering closely with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable, secure solutions.

This role will oversee critical platforms including Salesforce, Workday Financials, and enterprise integration services, while championing modern engineering practices such as cloud-native development, event-driven architectures, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.

You will also play a key role in building and mentoring technical teams, contributing to the technology roadmap, and ensuring production stability and operational excellence across all supported applications.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 7+ years of progressive experience in application development, solution architecture, and system design
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise platforms, including Salesforce and Workday Financials
• Strong background in Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud) with hands-on implementation experience
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies (Java, JEE, JDBC, JMS, XML, SOAP, XSD, WSDL, SSL)
• Solid experience with event-driven architecture and streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka / Confluent Kafka
• Expertise in Workday Financial Management, including integrations, reporting, and data flows
• 5+ years leading agile delivery teams across architecture, development, and DevOps environments
• Experience driving CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and cloud/SaaS-based delivery models
• Demonstrated transition from technical leadership into people management, with strong coaching and mentorship skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience, working with both technical and business leaders
• Experience contributing to technology roadmaps and aligning delivery with enterprise standards
