Job Description

Role: Inside Sales/Shipper and Receiver

Job Summary: Customers first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch. Picking preparing and loading purchased product on to the Company truck or customers truck.

Job Responsibilities

• The customers first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch

• Completing sales transactions daily banking reconciliation reports and purchasing

• Required to pick prepare and load purchased product on to the Company truck or load the customers truck

• Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch

• Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility

• Lifting 80lbs and operate a lift truck.

• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized

• Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers

Qualifications

• College diploma and/or 3 or more years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience

• 3 or more years of successful retail business accounting or sales experience

• Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided)

• Ability to lift push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly

• Strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset

• Authorized to work in Canada

Hourly salary range: $21-24
