Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives to represent one of Canada's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. In this customer-facing role, you'll educate shoppers about our client's credit card offerings and help them find the right solution for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the retail floor and explain the benefits of our client's credit card products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best product for their lifestyle.
• Build brand awareness through authentic, one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction to completed application.
• Serve as the in-store product expert for customers and store staff.
• Build positive relationships with retail teams across assigned locations.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Travel between multiple store locations within your region as needed.

Compensation

• $17.60-$17.75/hour plus uncapped commission.
• Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
• Flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday (9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.).
