The Role:
Canco is seeking a Price Book Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the ERP price book modules to maintain profitability. You will have experience and knowledge of inventory management and managing ERP price book. The ideal employee for this position is a skilled multi-tasker who is reliable and committed to supporting Canco Petroleum.
Responsibilities:
- Manages ERP price book, adding / maintaining items, costs, retails, and attributes related to inventory management and profit margins.
- Maintains modules to support inventory counts.
- Works closely with external vendors and internal Category Managers to ensure proper items and pricing are entered on time.
- Works collaboratively with Accounting, Marketing, C-Store, and IT to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to rice book and inventory.
- Utilizes internal lab to test promotional requests.
- Supports internal customers as it relates to price book.
- Validates vendor EDI price book and invoice imports, including troubleshooting when errors occur.
- Processes Invoice, Cost and POS exceptions daily.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize a changing workload.
- Interpretation of large volumes of complex data.
- Self-starter who can establish priorities and rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals and objectives, meet rigid deadlines, and develop solutions to problems under general supervision.
- Learn details of ERP system as it applies to the business units impacted by price book entries.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience with price book, Inventory Management software, and intermediate MS Excel skills preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
This role is a Permanent Full-Time position at our Kelowna BC Head Office.
