Job Responsibility:
Ecoline Windows, a leading company in Windows and Doors installation market is seeking Booking Agent committed to the company's success. We specialize in replacement windows, doors and patio doors for the residential market and work directly with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Contacting customers and booking sales appointments
- Inputting booked appointments data into company systems
- Communicating with customers about the services company offers
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Education and experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- University/college degree is an asset
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Organizational and typing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
