Customer Success Representative at Brilliant Harvest

Transform agricultural technology into practical tools as a Customer Success Representative with Brilliant Harvest. Support dealers and farmers in maximizing their use of an advanced conversational AI platform. This full-time role involves bridging the gap between advanced technology and agricultural users. Collaborate closely with dealers and farmers to facilitate adoption and provide training for Optimal software utilization. Your tech-savvy nature will help turn software into essential operational tools, enabling users to thrive in their daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support resource for dealer and farmer users
- Drive adoption and integration of the AI platform within operations
- Create training content, tutorials, and release notes for users
- Conduct engaging product demos and onboarding sessions
- Gather field feedback for product improvements and bug tracking
- Experience at a farm equipment dealership or ag-tech sales
- Strong communication skills with dealers and farmers
- Organized and proactive approach in customer success
- Proven ability to create training content and documentation
- Comfortable helping non-technical users with tech
