Quality Engineering Director at Ziing

Lead the transformation of quality at Ziing as a Director of Quality Engineering. This senior role focuses on advancing automation strategies while integrating manual testing for comprehensive quality assurance. At Ziing, you will set the quality strategy for the Ziing.ai platform, overseeing a team of QA engineers, SDETs, and manual testers. This position emphasizes moving from manual-heavy to automated Quality Engineering, embedding quality into all phases of the software delivery lifecycle. You will collaborate across teams to define quality metrics and establish standards that ensure high confidence in releases. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the overall Quality Engineering strategy for Ziing.ai
- Define quality across all application workflows
- Build a comprehensive QA roadmap focused on automation
- Create frameworks for release governance and quality gates
- Establish quality metrics linking QA to business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in Quality Engineering or related roles
- 5+ years in leadership of QA teams
- Expertise in automation frameworks and mobile testing
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
